With the changes in the trading situations for venues there is a temporary licence available for delivery and takeaway liquor to current licence holders of the following types:

1. Restaurants and Cafes
2. Small Venues
3. Community Clubs

From March 26 2020 there will be a temporary licence available which will allow holders of the above licence catergory to sell up to two bottles of wines or one bottle of wine and a six pack of beer, cider or pre-mixed spirits with any meal purchased for takeaway or delivery. Community clubs will be allowed to sell to club members without the requirement of purchasing a takeaway meal.

These short term licenses will only be available during the same period that the Emergency Management Act and Public Health Acts are being utilised.
