Subject to the conditions of the licence, the category authorises the licensee to sell liquor: > to a resident for consumption on or off the premises
- to a resident’s guest for consumption on the licensed premises, as long as the resident is also present
- for consumption on the premises before, during or after a meal
- for consumption on the premises to a person:
- attending a reception
- attending a function at which food is provided
- seated at a table.
The main service of the business must be accommodation for members of the public, except where allowed by a condition of the licence.
