This licence allows licensees to sell liquor for consumption on the licensed premises.

The existing small venue licence category will remain. All small venue licences and some special circumstances licences will be incorporated into the category

Key points about small venue licences

Subject to the conditions of the licence, the category authorises the sale of liquor for drinking on the licensed premises between 8am and 2am the following day.

A small venue licence can only be granted for premises located in the Adelaide central business district.

No more than 120 people can be on the licensed premises at any time.
