Established in 2016, Karma and Crow is owned and operated by Janie Kammer and a passionate team of staff. This contemporary cafe and artist studio collective is located in Western Adelaide, half way between the city and the beach.

This warehouse turned cafe makes for a pleasant dining experience as the space between tables allows for a sense of privacy in an open space. Doused in mature plants the cafe is likened to a greenhouse, resulting in a calm and serene sort of atmosphere.

The cafe offers a breakfast-all-day menu as well as a couple of tasty lunch options six days a week (Wed – Mon). Karma and Crow prides itself on serving unique, delicious, aesthetically gorgeous and inventive dishes that play and build on some of your favourite everyday meals.

We are proudly partnered with Elementary Coffee Roasters and Monastery Coffee, providing our customers with tasty locally roasted coffee, including batch brews of Monastery Coffee.

We are delighted to stock and serve South Australia’s own Mischief Brew cold brew coffee for those in need of a refreshing hit of cool caffeine.

We value the true meaning of hospitality – a visit to Karma and Crow is complete with full table service and a warm, friendly welcome.

Karma and Crow is also home to six local artists and creatives. The studios are privately leased to our brilliant resident artists. These tenants have access to a private studio of their own within a community of studios, wifi, free parking, security, full time access, 10% off food and a free coffee per day! ECO VALUES

We kept the environment front of mind throughout our renovation process and moving forward into everyday operations. Our wood panelling and bespoke furniture/counter is all made from recycled wood by local makers, our interior paint is low VOC eco-friendly water based paint, almost all of our furniture is second hand, we keep lots of indoor plants to purify the air naturally. We use paper straws and our take away coffee cups are lined with bio-plastic so they can be recycled in your home recycling – we strongly encourage you to recycle your cups! We also sell beautiful reusable take away mugs, and offer an instant discount on your coffee if you BYO reusable cup 🙂
